One of our main aims at Communicate-ed is to support you in what we know can be a complex and demanding role. We started our Members’ Discussion forums to create a place for you to raise queries and share experience and advice with others in similar roles, but we are aware that sometimes there are specific queries that you would like a specialist to answer.
To make this possible, we have set up this email helpline. This incurs a payment of £30 for 30 minutes of our advisor’s help via email, spread as you wish over the year. Our advisor will keep track of the time taken to answer queries and will advise you when this time has been used up. For those needing more than 30 minutes of queries answered in a year, we would recommend our 1:1 Mentoring.
